Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite items to your cart and head to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details, and you’re all set!

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@coralandcoveco.com within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Email us immediately at hello@coralandcoveco.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days unless noted on the product page. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Coral and Cove Co. does not accept returns but will gladly accept exchanges.

Notification of exchange must be made with 14 days of purchase and item must be returned within 21 days of purchase.  Once item is received we will ship your new item.  We only allow one exchange per purchased item and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The returned items must be returned in original condition, unopened or the value of the item will not be honored.

**Custom Items and Sale Items**

All custom items and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the items arrive defective or damaged.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or variation, contact us and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Are sale items final sale?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Product Questions

How do I know which product is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed descriptions, sizing information, and materials. If you’re unsure, email us — we’re happy to help!

Are your products locally made?
Yes! We take pride in locally made products. All of our products are made in house on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our wood is sourced locally in NC and all cutting and finishing happens in our studio. You can read more about our materials and process on our About page.

Will this item restock if it sells out?
Some of our products are limited edition. If an item is sold out, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is secure and encrypted to protect your information.
