- Pre-made products are sealed but should not be exposed to direct weather or adverse conditions like liquid
Shipping
**Holiday Processing and Shipping times: Processing times 7-14 business days, shipping varies by carrier so please plan accordingly.
Processing and Shipping Time: 5-10 days for products that do not require customization, 7-15 days for products that require customization.

Large orders - processing and shipping time may be extended but we will reach out to you ahead of time with an estimated timeframe.

Returns/Refunds

Physical Items
Coral and Cove Co. does not accept returns but will gladly accept exchanges.
Notification of exchange must be made with 14 days of purchase and item must be returned within 21 days of purchase. Once item is received we will ship your new item. We only allow one exchange per purchased item and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The returned items must be returned in original condition or the value of the item will not be honored.
Custom Items and Sale Items
All custom items and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the items arrive defective or damaged.
